Sustainment Engineer Stf - E4

- Responsible for delivery of LSA data including, but not limited to, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), & Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis to internal and sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications. Functions as the internal design interface between support system, concepts and specifications. Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability.

Be cognizant of International Trade Compliance (ITC) policies including interpretation of company policies and procedures, work instructions, and ITAR regulations in relation to Sikorsky LSA deliverables

Support contract proposal initiatives by providing estimates as required for modifications and/or newly developed aircraft components.

Ensure authorized technical review/acceptance review of analyst/subcontractor submitted packages to ensure compliance with statement of work, Engineering source data and departmental quality plan.

The LSA Analyst will be the primary interface between the Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Logistics community.

Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customer personnel.

Provide feedback on all project requirements, statements of work, budgets and schedules.

Provide/maintain inputs/status reports to LSA manager

Maintain effective use of metrics for tracking quality of internal or subcontractor provided deliverables.
