Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Systems, Data, or Process & Methods
- Strong experience with supplier performance systems
- Strong experience with data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Strong experience with digital systems implementation and transformation
- Proven leadership in global, cross functional environments
- Experience in Power BI, Snowflake & Palantir is a plus
- 50% travel required (international & domestic)

Role Overview
- Leads the global SQD systems and data organization reporting to the Head of SQ Global Process and Methods.
- Responsible for digital tools (eSQAL, legacy systems), dashboards, analytics, and AI solutions to enable data driven decision making and improve supplier quality performance.
- Create strategy and combine legacy systems into one non conformance and APQP system by partnering with Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deploy global SQD systems and data roadmap
- Ensure standardization, governance, and adoption of tools across regions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Systems, Data, or Process & Methods
- Strong experience with: Supplier performance systems; Data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools; Digital systems implementation and transformation
- Proven leadership in global, cross functional environments
- Experience in Power BI, Snowflake & Palantir is a plus
Travel
- 50% travel required (international & domestic)
