Participating in the development, configuration, and integration of technology solutions using a “just enough, just in time” approach.
Ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of application hosting platforms while adhering to development, quality, and security best practices.
Designing, implementing, and optimizing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support process automation.
Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents, issues, and complex situations while serving as a subject matter expert in your area of specialization.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of solutions and platforms by promoting automation, self-service capabilities, and the evolution of technology standards and best practices.
We are looking for someone who:
Demonstrates strong expertise in Linux and Windows environments, as well as IIS, Kubernetes (K8s), Azure Functions, or Knative platforms.
Stands out for their ability to design and operate CI/CD pipelines and work with tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.
Has proven skills in solving complex problems, automating processes, and securing application environments.
Is recognized for their knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), Ansible Automation Platform, and their ability to collaborate effectively within Agile and DevOps teams.
Has between 2 and 5 years of experience in Information Technology or in a similar role.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
Knowledge of certificate and secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, and Venafi.
Experience with application monitoring and performance management tools such as Dynatrace.

The typical hiring range for this position is $66,863 to $115,370 CAD per year . The offered base salary may vary depending on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity considerations related to the position. At iA, we are committed to providing a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect the most current market conditions.
