We are looking for System Engineering Project Manager – Rolling stock

The System Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex system engineering projects. They will oversee the planning, execution, and control of project activities, ensuring that technical requirements, budgets, and timelines are met. The System Engineering Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including system engineers, software developers, and stakeholders, to coordinate and optimize project performance.

Define the project scope, objectives, and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop a comprehensive project plan, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.

Manage changes to the project scope and ensure the project remains aligned with the overall goals.

Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary team of system engineers, software developers, and other technical specialists.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the system engineering team.

Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, identifying critical paths and dependencies.
