System Engineer – MV & LV Transformers

Review and validate the engineering and design of MV and LV transformer products, including oil-immersed and dry-type transformers.

Serve as the subject matter expert for transformer electrical, mechanical, thermal, and dielectric design.

Approve engineering calculations, design packages, general arrangement drawings, and technical documentation.

Drive design standardization and implementation of Siemens engineering best practices.

Lead technology development initiatives focused on energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Product Engineering, perform and review calculations for:

Transformer losses and efficiency

Impedance and short-circuit withstand capability

Thermal performance and temperature rise

Insulation coordination and dielectric design

Mechanical strength and structural integrity

Project Execution & Customer Interface.

Lead engineering execution for strategic customer projects and business-critical opportunities.

Act as the primary technical contact for customers, consultants, utilities, and certification agencies.

Review customer specifications, technical tenders, and compliance requirements.

Participate in design reviews, customer meetings, and factory acceptance tests (FATs).
