Role Responsibilities
- Prepare project BOQs, quotations, system designs, cost estimates, proposals, specifications, submittals, and user manuals.
- Support the onsite team with technical presales.
- Provide technical support onsite or through remote-access systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and update records in dedicated applications.
- Monitor, evaluate, and validate backups.
- Install, upgrade, and patch operating systems, applications, and hardware firmware.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Provide technical support and resolve incidents and problems.
- Manage application installations in the data center.
- Coordinate end-to-end activities with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- The candidate should be active and ready to handle IT tasks across different levels of responsibility.
- The role requires technical support capability onsite or through remote-access systems.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
