- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements, preparing functional specifications, system flow diagrams, interface definitions, and data mappings
- Perform impact analysis for business change requests and enhancements, assessing upstream and downstream system dependencies
- Oversee and support internal testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Coordinate with external vendors and third party system providers for requirements clarification and solution reviews
Requirements
- Strong functional knowledge of Credit Card or Debit Card systems
- Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis using Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
- Hands on experience with Agile project methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is an added advantage

Role Overview
- Serve as a System Analyst for Credit Card or Debit Card systems, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Requirements
- Strong functional knowledge of Credit Card or Debit Card systems, including card issuance, authorization, clearing and settlement, Card Control, and customer servicing workflows with Digital channels.
- Solid domain expertise in cards and payments, including regulatory, compliance, and security considerations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis using relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands on experience with Agile project methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
