Role overview
Hands-on System Admin and Digital Merchandiser role responsible for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager backend.
The role operates established e-commerce platforms and connected SaaS tools rather than performing software development or enterprise infrastructure administration.
The position is full-time, onsite in Dubai, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
SFCC and Business Manager operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce Business System.
- Maintain catalogs, SKUs, categories, attributes, images, and product information.
- Manage pricebooks, pricing updates, promotions, campaigns, content slots, and merchandising configurations.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, imports, exports, and routine system processes.
- Resolve routine data and configuration issues and maintain user access and permissions.
- Validate backend changes before they go live.
Catalog and data management
- Maintain accurate product data across multiple brands.
- Check product information, pricing, images, categories, availability, and promotional data.
