Role Overview
The Data and Systems Administrator is the day-to-day custodian of the SFCC backend and connected SaaS tools.
The role keeps catalog, pricing, and content data accurate and ensures backend operations run smoothly for business teams.
SFCC Backend Administration
- Manage SFCC Business Manager site configuration, catalogs, pricebooks, promotions, and content slots.
- Maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls across sandbox, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor system jobs, feeds, imports, exports, and scheduled data pipelines and troubleshoot failures.
Data Management and Integrity
- Own product, category, attribute, image, and inventory-feed data hygiene across the company's brands.
- Manage pricebook updates, promotional rules, and merchandising data accuracy.
- Audit data discrepancies between SFCC and connected ERP, OMS, CRM, and marketing systems.
- Maintain validation checklists and reconciliation reports for cross-brand consistency.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Partner with Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and content updates in Business Manager.
