About the Job
Design believable, expressive, and intelligent synthetic humans for AI-powered digital experiences.
Work across visual appearance, digital identity, personality, behavior, movement, voice, emotion, and interaction.
Collaborate with AI specialists, artists, animators, writers, conversational designers, voice teams, UX specialists, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Design synthetic humans from concept through visual, behavioral, interactive, and technical development.
- Define appearance, identity, personality, behavior, emotional characteristics, communication style, movement, voice, and presence.
- Translate concepts, narratives, functional requirements, cultural references, and user needs into coherent designs.
- Create detailed character specifications covering identity, motivations, values, goals, emotional range, behavior, and social characteristics.
- Collaborate on facial features, anatomy, clothing, hair, materials, textures, rigs, blendshapes, deformation, and expressive capabilities.
- Design communication through facial expression, gaze, posture, gestures, body language, movement, voice, and dialogue.
- Connect visual character design with conversational intelligence, personality, memory, reasoning, behavior, and interaction.
- Translate behavioral intentions into AI requirements, prompts, system instructions, rules, examples, and evaluation criteria.
