- Conduct private and small group swimming sessions for kids and adults
- Assess student skill levels and create personalized training plans
- Teach water safety, stroke correction, breathing techniques, and endurance training
- Help beginners build confidence in water and support advanced swimmers in improving performance
- Maintain safety standards during every session
- Track progress and provide regular feedback to students/parents
Requirements
- Certified Swimming Coach / Lifeguard certification preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of coaching experience
- Experience training children and adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage flexible training schedules
- UAE driving license and own transport will be an added advantage

Job Overview
