- Conduct one on one personal training sessions at client locations
- Perform fitness assessments and develop customized training programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed
- Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals
- Educate clients on exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain professional communication and high standards of customer service
- Ensure all training sessions are conducted safely and effectively
- Build long term client relationships and encourage client retention
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs UAE, ACSM, Level 3 PT, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in personal training is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Valid UAE Driving License (plus point)
- Owning a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to client locations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- CPR/AED certification is an advantage

- FIT HABITAT SPORTS SERVICES is a leading provider of personalized fitness and wellness solutions across the UAE. We specialize in delivering high quality personal training services at clients' homes, residential community gyms, corporate offices, and fitness facilities.
- As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for passionate, certified, and self motivated Freelance Personal Trainers to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one on one personal training sessions at client locations.
- Perform fitness assessments and develop customized training programs.
