- Conduct swimming lessons for children, teens, and young adults of varying skill levels
- Develop lesson plans tailored to participants' abilities and progression
- Ensure the safety and well being of all swimmers during training sessions
- Teach proper swimming techniques, water safety, and stroke development
- Monitor and evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional coaching environment
- Assist with organizing swimming activities, assessments, and related events as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Swimming Coach, Swimming Instructor, or similar role
- Experience teaching children and young adults
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, stroke correction, and water safety
- Ability to communicate effectively with participants and parents
- Patient, energetic, and passionate about teaching swimming
- Current lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications are an advantage
- Relevant coaching or swimming instructor certifications are preferred
- Can start immediately and with a valid QID
