- Plan, coordinate, and supervise birthday parties, private events, and seasonal activities
- Lead and motivate the events team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure events are executed smoothly, on schedule, and to the highest service standards
- Coordinate with operations, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- Welcome guests, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns professionally
- Monitor event setups, decorations, entertainment, and activity schedules
- Assist in developing new event packages and creative activity ideas
Requirements
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, family entertainment, or customer service, with supervisory responsibilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Friendly, energetic, and passionate about working in a family oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
