- Create new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of products
- Monitor ingredient stock and coordinate purchasing requirements
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Control food cost and minimize wastage
- Train and supervise kitchen assistants when required
- Follow company recipes and production schedules
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Sweet Chef, Pastry Chef, or Baker
- Knowledge of cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery production
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good communication skills in English
