About the Role

Role Overview
- The SVP Datacenter Operations and Enterprise Monitoring is a critical leadership role charged with shaping and executing the strategy for Mashreq Bank’s next generation datacenter and monitoring and observability platforms.
- Responsible for overseeing a global team of approximately 60 professionals (comprising internal staff and vendor resources) across the UAE, India, Pakistan, and Egypt.
- The role leads the engineering, and operational management of all global Datacenters, Backups, Batch Operations, Application Release, Command Center as well as the Enterprise Monitoring and Observability team.
- This position is instrumental in Mashreq Bank’s digital transformation, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that support business growth and innovation and provides monitoring oversight of all Mashreq systems on a 24x7 basis.
