Position Summary
The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for providing immediate response to design-related production issues, managing the Product Lifecycle for Busbar designs, and improving Design for Manufacturability.

Responsibilities
- Identify and Cross-Functionally Coordinate Design for Manufacturability Improvements (Safety, Quality, and Efficiency)
- Provide design support for issues discovered during production
- Provide design support for supply chain constraints
- Support New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI)
- Ensure quality of ETO design before released to production
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in product design
- 1-3+ years of experience in 3D modeling / 2D drafting
- Excellent communications skills – written & verbal
