Sustainability & Social Value Coordinator

You’ll be someone who is organised, analytical and genuinely passionate about sustainability, with the drive to take ownership and make things happen.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
• Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work across different teams.
• A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach.
• An interest in sustainability, ESG and social value.

Previous experience in sustainability, ESG, CSR or environmental management would be advantageous, as would knowledge of carbon reporting, B Corp, ISO standards, tender submissions or ESG reporting frameworks – but we don't expect you to know everything from day one.

You'll help us deliver accurate sustainability reporting, stronger customer ESG support, increased employee engagement and effective delivery of our sustainability strategy.

You'll build productive external partnerships and proactively identify opportunities to improve our environmental and social performance.

• £34,000 per annum
