Requirements
- Strong background in Corporate Sustainability, with experience designing and implementing sustainability strategies in a service or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Sustainability Reporting, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating environmental and social impacts
- Excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders and lead awareness initiatives
- Knowledge of Sustainable Development principles
- Relevant academic background in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Ability to work independently and manage part time schedules effectively
- Familiarity with UAE environmental regulations and healthcare sector sustainability practices is an advantage

Role Description
- The Sustainability Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work at IRIS Dental Clinic and remote tasks from home.
- This role is responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives that align with the clinic’s values and operational goals, including resource efficiency, waste reduction, and environmentally responsible practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess current practices, collect and analyze data, prepare sustainability reports, and track progress against key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to integrate sustainable development principles into daily operations, staff training, and patient communications.
- Stay informed about relevant local regulations, industry standards, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the clinic’s overall sustainability performance.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Corporate Sustainability, with experience designing and implementing sustainability strategies in a service or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Sustainability Reporting, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of clear, actionable reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating environmental and social impacts, setting metrics, and monitoring performance over time.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders, lead awareness initiatives, and present complex sustainability concepts in an accessible way.
- Knowledge of Sustainable Development principles and their application to day to day operations, resource management, and community impact.
- Relevant academic background in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage part time schedules effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with UAE environmental regulations and healthcare sector sustainability practices is an advantage.
