Role Description
- The Retail Operations Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, supporting the clinic’s front of house and retail related activities.
- This role oversees daily store operations, including inventory management, retail display standards, and coordination of dental care products and services offered to patients.
- The Retail Operations Manager monitors key operational metrics, optimizes workflows, and ensures alignment with clinic policies and quality standards.
- The role also involves supervising frontline staff, resolving operational issues, and working closely with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a consistent, high quality patient and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Operations and Store Management skills to oversee day to day retail activities and maintain high store standards.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes, manage resources, and interpret performance data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure positive interactions with patients and visitors and manage inquiries or concerns.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or clinic based retail environments is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem solving abilities are required.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi during part time hours and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
