The employer is seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead / ESG Consultant.
The role leads sustainability, ESG, environmental performance, and compliance initiatives across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sustainability and ESG strategies, targets, and initiatives.
- Monitor environmental performance, carbon emissions, energy, and resource efficiency.
- Advise project teams on green-building and sustainability requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ESG standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Support BCA Green Mark, LEED, and other sustainability certifications.
- Identify opportunities for carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and waste management.
- Prepare ESG reports, sustainability assessments, and performance updates.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Sustainability, ESG, Green Building, or environmental consulting.
- Strong knowledge of ESG, carbon management, and sustainability standards.
- Familiarity with Green Mark, LEED, ISO 14001, or an equivalent standard.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in construction, property, engineering, or large-scale projects is preferred.
- Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Fluent English is required.
