Sustainability Data & Analytics Manager

Must-have technical experience:

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or related technical operational roles, ideally within a sustainability context, but not required.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, DBT, Airflow)
• Strong SQL and Python fluency
• Advanced data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience writing technical specifications, reviewing code or data models, and supporting engineering workflows
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and experience project management

Nice to have:

• Exposure to BCG systems (SAP, Workday, ChromeRiver)
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar project management tools
• Knowledge of greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting principles and assurance procedures
• Familiarity with Agile principles and practices
• Advanced Excel or statistical analysis skills

You will report to the Sustainability Director responsible for Measurement and Reporting.

You will line manage a Sustainability Senior Analyst.

You will collaborate closely with the Reduce Team Pillar, Data Tribe, and technical product and data teams across BCG.
