Role Overview
The Survey Analyst supports accurate, consistent, and actionable customer survey data and analysis across Keolis-MHI.
The role reports to the Performance Manager and covers RTA survey results and customer service KPIs for Dubai Metro and Tram.
The role supports internal reporting, Keolis Group reporting, RTA client reporting, and contractual obligations.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Business Strategy and Performance in shaping the RTA survey strategy and KPI regime.
- Analyze trends and make recommendations to departments to support continuous improvement.
- Support performance insight reporting for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Use business intelligence tools to develop visualizations for evidence-based performance monitoring.
Financial and Stakeholder Responsibilities
- Monitor survey-related KPIs connected to contractual penalties and incentives under the O&M Agreement.
- Ensure survey data submitted for attribution processes is accurate, transparent, and defensible.
- Provide accurate performance reports for contractual, internal, and external meetings.
