About the Role
Liquid Personnel is seeking Support Workers or Senior Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
The role involves supporting individuals in a person-centred, engaging way, assisting with staff supervision and development, and managing service rotas.
Candidates should have a Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3, significant experience supporting people with complex needs, and strong organizational and communication skills.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way.
- Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development.
- Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations.
- Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3.
- Significant experience supporting people with complex needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
