Senior Residential Support Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for its client in Central London.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Our client is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a dedicated team, delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential home.
• As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll lead by example — supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest childcare standards.

• Salary up to £30,641.52 per annum
• Full-time, rotational shifts (average 168 hrs/month)
• Excellent training & progression opportunities

To be successful in this role you must have,

• Level 2/3 NVQ or equivalent
• Not open to sponsorship
