Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 3 individuals with support needs, our ages range from 44 to 51. Our Support Needs & Challenges . We require support in certain areas due to having a learning disability, we have staff who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs and who can attend to our personal care needs Our Shifts: 8am till 8pm Shift Requirement: Days only Contract: 1 x 24 hours per week UK Driving License Required? Yes - Essential What You'll Be Doing You’ll be supporting 3 individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including: Supporting with personal care Medication Administration Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with!
