At our Thurso service, we support a gentleman to live as independently as possible in his own home and are looking for a Support Worker to join our team. We provide support 7 days a week, so we're ideally looking for someone with some flexibility to work different days. 15 hour contract plus sleepover A Manual UK driving license is required as the person we support has a mobility vehicle. In this team, you’ll support this gentlemen to live the best life possible by supporting him to go swimming, go to the gym, visit the cinema, enjoy a wee dance and go on holiday, among his many other hobbies and interests. In this role, you can also expect to provide support with: • Medication administration • Cooking and home maintenance • Personal care • Finance management Our shifts are from 8.30am to 8.30am the next day, with a sleepover in between . This is a preference of the individual we support so the successful candidate must be available to work this shift pattern.
