Support Time & Recovery Navigator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Time and Recovery Navigator to join our team in West Yorkshire!

Be part of an extended team working across Liaison & Diversion service

Liaise with a wide range of services such as the police, probation, courts and legal services as well as both inpatient and community health and social care services

Be involved in the daily support of children and adults, including those from hard-to-reach communities to engage and navigate through the Criminal Justice System

Support access to the full scope of identified health needs, including substance misuse (alcohol and drugs), mental and physical health, homelessness, learning disabilities, exploitation, safeguarding and social care issues

Experience of working with service users, face to face, with a variety of health needs

Relevant experience working as/within Mental Health and/or Recovery support services

Excellent communication skills and ability to gain appropriate level of consent

Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety

Motivated as an individual and when working in a team

Patient centered values and ability to promote service user involvement
