Role Overview
The Support Staff role is at Ace Hardware within Al-Futtaim Retail.
The role maintains a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment that supports the customer experience and store sales.
Success is measured through sales targets, accurate POS operation, adherence to store procedures, and effective merchandising.
Customer Service and Sales
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assist customers by understanding product categories and offering professional support.
- Maintain tidy and organized store areas for a complete shopping experience.
- Operate the POS system accurately when required.
- Use selling techniques and product knowledge to meet targets and increase revenue through add-on sales.
Product and Merchandising
- Learn product uses and benefits to advise customers accurately.
- Apply merchandising principles to maintain a visually appealing corporate image.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and displaying goods according to approved procedures.
- Ensure products are available for customer purchase.
