Role Description
The Support Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai with on-site and work-from-home responsibilities.
The role provides front-line technical and customer support for event-related systems, tools, and processes before, during, and after events.
Responsibilities
- Handle support inquiries from internal teams and clients.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, document recurring problems, and escalate complex cases.
- Coordinate with event project managers, assist with system setups and configurations, and support live events.
- Maintain support documentation, contribute to process improvements, and communicate timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support, troubleshooting, customer support, communication, and analytical skills are required.
- Familiarity with event operations, CRM or ticketing systems, and basic IT tools is required.
- Relevant support, helpdesk, or operations coordination experience is required; event, hospitality, or service experience is ideal.
- The candidate must manage multiple priorities and remain calm during time-sensitive live events.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, business, communications, or a similar field is preferred.
Workplace
- The role uses a hybrid setup in Dubai, combining on-site work with work-from-home responsibilities.
