Summary And Objective
The Support Services Analyst primary job function is to assist our claims agent in the preparation of filing claims and the interpretation of the explanation of Benefits/Advice of Payment received.
The Support Services Analyst will work with our government insured loan portfolio.
Essential Functions
- Gather and prepare pay history, loan comments, invoices, proof of payments, and other documentation , from our servicing system, or prior servicer. as may be required to file a claim
- Access appropriate data systems to input and extract data as needed
- Reviews and interpret reports
- Perform Loss Analysis interpretation and reporting
- Communicate with investors through email and phone
- Document and m aintain policies and procedures
- Responsible for meeting GSE regulatory requirements and following internal policie s
Competencies And Skills
- Ability to draw conclusions, escalates issues, and to formulate recommendations.
- Strong organizational, re-engineering and problem-solving skil ls; Research, gather, arrange, compile, interpret, summarize and ability to effectively interface with all levels of management
