Role Overview
Provide contract technical support for users of a cloud-based platform.
Resolve technical issues primarily through chat and email while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Location
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Payout
- The stated payout is $25-$50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported technical issues through chat and email.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base articles for internal and external use.
- Escalate and track complex issues with engineering teams through resolution.
- Guide users on platform features and best practices.
- Monitor platform inquiries in real time to minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical support experience in a SaaS or cloud-based environment is required.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
