Provide contract-based technical support for users of a cloud-based platform.
Resolve technical issues primarily through chat and email while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Payout
- Compensation is listed at $25–$50 per hour.
Location
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported through chat and email.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base articles for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track complex issues.
- Provide guidance on platform features and best practices.
- Respond to platform inquiries in real time to minimize user downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience providing technical support in a SaaS or cloud-based environment is required.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple operating systems and platforms is required.
- Experience with debugging tools and log analysis is preferred.
