Support, Communications & Events Coordinator

Reporting to the President, Resource & Industrials, you'll provide high-level administrative, communications and event management support to the leadership team.

No two days will be the same. You'll coordinate executive activities, support communication initiatives, organise events and help create engaging experiences for employees and customers alike.

You're a proactive and professional coordinator who enjoys taking ownership, finding solutions and making things happen.

You'll bring:

Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams

Experience in communications, marketing, events or executive support roles

Exceptional organisation and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication capabilities

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

A positive, team-focused approach and strong customer service mindset

Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information

A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Work alongside a senior leadership team and gain valuable business exposure
