Support Application Developer

• 30 Days : Complete intro onboarding, role-specific training, and required security/compliance expectations. Build context on Case IQ's products, customers, systems, team processes, and role priorities.
• 60 Days : Begin handling customer requests or assigned support workflows with manager support, clear documentation, and timely escalation.
• 90 Days: Resolve common issues independently, maintain accurate case notes, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• 6 Months : Contribute to improved response quality, documentation, knowledge content, recurring issue visibility, or customer satisfaction.
• 1 Year : Operate as a reliable customer advocate who strengthens support quality, efficiency, and cross-functional problem solving and helping mentor junior developers / collab within team

• Graduate of a university or college computer science program
• Strong basis in building web applications using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a superior command in English
• Eager to constantly learn and apply new technologies
• Experience with NGINX, Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch , Mocha and Git
• Portfolio, demos or published JavaScript code on GitHub (Asset)
