The Supply & Facilities team is responsible for maximizing the crude oil & condensate production volumes shipped through SECURE’s terminals & pipelines, and the commercial optimization of these assets. This position will be responsible for supporting the group's commercial activities.

This role is based out of our Brookfield Office in downtown Calgary, Alberta .
The Supply & Facilities team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, focusing on optimizing crude oil and condensate production while supporting commercial growth. You'll work as part of a fast-paced commercial team supporting the optimization of SECURE's crude oil and condensate facilities, terminals, and pipeline assets. The role provides hands-on experience with commercial analysis, volume and pricing tracking, settlement support, optimization models, and performance reporting while collaborating with Supply & Facilities, Scheduling, Marketing Accounting, and Operations teams.
Success in this environment requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting key commercial and operational activities.
Assist in the development of new commercial opportunities (Identification of new production sources, competing transportation economics, & optimization upsides)
Assist in the maintenance of optimization models related to Secure Facilities & 3rd party Operators.
Maintain files relating to Volume tracking, Pricing, Quality Equalization, Pipeline Tariffs, & Trucking Costs.
Maintain facility contact distribution lists.
Liaise with the Scheduling group in monthly volume verifications and apportionment management.
Assist the Marketing Accounting group in the monthly settlement process (checking prices, qualities, volumes, tariffs, trucking invoices, etc.).
Participate in the development & maintenance of weekly & monthly reports relating to the performance of the business.
Provide support and direction for other divisional groups and foster a one-team culture amongst operational teams.
Assist with other projects as required.
Actively enrolled in a post-secondary program in Accounting, Commerce, or Economics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an asset.
