Purpose
Manage teams across procurement, logistics, expediting, and other supply chain activities.
Optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, ensure compliance, and support operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing direction and aligning performance with project and operations goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with project timelines and operational requirements.
- Monitor supply chain performance, analyze risks, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, procurement processes, and supply chain best practices.
