The role
Mark Anthony Brands is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for its Australian business.
The role leads customer service and supply planning execution while maintaining service levels and minimizing obsolescence.
The position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain operation.
What you'll do
- Oversee Australian customer service and logistics processes to deliver the right product, place, timing, and price.
- Process daily Australian customer orders through an ERP system.
- Own the customer service inbox and handle Australian customer queries and issues.
- Prepare monthly KPI reporting and complete accurate month-end processes.
- Manage and reconcile finished goods inventory at Australian third-party logistics warehouses, including transfers.
- Manage and reconcile raw material and packaging inventory levels.
- Control the supply plan while balancing customer availability, inventory holdings, and shelf-life risks.
- Facilitate the production plan with Australian third-party manufacturing partners.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2–3 years of supply or inventory planning experience.
- Experience in beer, wine, spirits, or FMCG industries is preferred.
