Experience
Typically requires experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, or related supply chain functions.
Experience working with ERP/MRP planning systems and supply chain planning tools is preferred.
Experience using business intelligence tools and advanced planning systems for inventory optimization and operational decision-making is an advantage.
For senior internal candidates, significant experience leading supply planning and material planning activities within complex manufacturing or global supply chain environments is preferred.
Experience collaborating with international suppliers and cross-functional global teams is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
- Night Shift Allowance: Applicable as per company policy.
- Transportation: Pickup and drop facility available within PMC and PCMC limits.
- Candidates should be willing to work the designated night shift schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent education and relevant professional experience may be considered where applicable.
