Role Description
- The Owner at Muthoot FinCorp Ltd. in Trivandrum will provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the branch or business unit.
- This full time, on site role involves overseeing daily operations, monitoring branch performance, and ensuring efficient delivery of gold loans and other financial products.
- The Owner will drive business growth through local market engagement, customer relationship management, and community outreach.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
