Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate development, property management, or large scale hospitality or mixed use projects
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial management skills, including budgeting and investment analysis
- Leadership capabilities to guide multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics within Islamabad and broader Pakistan
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Islamabad, with a commitment to full time engagement
- Demonstrated focus on luxury brand standards, customer experience, and long term value creation

Role Description
- The Owner at Eighteen will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and long term growth of the luxury real estate project.
- This full time, on site role in Islamabad includes guiding development plans, making key investment decisions, and ensuring that residential, commercial, and hospitality components align with the brand vision.
- Daily responsibilities include reviewing operational reports, monitoring project timelines, assessing market trends, and driving initiatives that enhance resident and guest experience.
- The role also involves representing Eighteen in high level stakeholder meetings, maintaining key relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate development, property management, or large scale hospitality or mixed use projects.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial management skills, including budgeting and investment analysis.
- Leadership capabilities to guide multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance in a dynamic environment.
