Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities, including sourcing, tendering, purchasing, and logistics.
• Manage RFQs, RFPs, and tenders, including supplier evaluation and negotiations.
• Source PPE, firefighting and rescue equipment, vehicles, specialist tools, spare parts, and operational supplies.
• Develop and manage relationships with local and international suppliers and service providers.
• Manage supplier agreements, performance, lead times, and supply continuity.
• Support project mobilisation and ensure timely availability of critical equipment and services.
• Support bids and projects with supplier quotations, cost inputs, and lead-time validation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage supply chain risks.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, technical procurement, and project mobilisation.
• UAE or GCC experience managing local and international suppliers and procuring technical equipment and services.
• Experience in emergency services, fire and rescue, defence, oil and gas, industrial services, or government contracting is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP is advantageous.
