About the Role
Jaheziya is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Emergency Services and Resilience operational projects and contracts across the UAE.
The role oversees project mobilization, operational readiness, and contract delivery against scope, schedules, budgets, KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from mobilization through go-live and ongoing operations.
- Coordinate workforce, training, facilities, fleet, equipment, and other mobilization requirements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Act as the key day-to-day contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Monitor contractual requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project performance reports and management updates.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in project, contract, or operations management, including 3 years managing complex service-delivery projects or contracts.
- Experience with 24/7 operational services is required, preferably in emergency services, fire and rescue, defense, critical infrastructure, industrial operations, or public safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong client, project, budget, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
- UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
