We are looking for someone who thrives in a schedule-driven New Product Introduction (NPI) environment and is comfortable in a startup environment with partial information and quick decision-making — landing hardware on immovable bring-up and build dates.

You source new suppliers, expedite purchase orders (POs), and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) with Engineering teams holding vendors and suppliers accountable.

This role reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain.

The SCM will manage procurement processes, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

include ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and operational needs.
