Supply Chain Management Summer Student

Ensure MSAs are fully executed within appropriate authority levels

Upload executed MSAs to ARC’s system

Assist with drafting other agreements such as Pricing Agreements

Support the Procurement team by completing tactical sourcing events and/or creating purchase orders Assist with reporting in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and OpenInvoice, and identify opportunities for enhancements Document procurement processes, procedures, and training documents

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO ARC :

The position is ideally suited for students currently in their second or third year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Management with a focus in Supply Chain Management and are returning to their studies in the following term

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time in a dynamic environment

Intermediate MS Office/365 skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Prior experience working in Supply Chain Management would be considered an asset

Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision, promote continuous improvement and enjoy working in a team environment
