Office Services Summer Student

Liase with QuadReal on fire warden, AED training and the overall building safety processes

Review vendor contract and conduct bid analysis

Assist with required setup/teardown and company wide catering requests for the in-house conference center

Work with Facilities on any internal office moves and renovations for Calgary and Field offices

Other special projects as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO ARC :

This position is ideally suited for students currently in their second or third year of a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration or a related degree and are returning to their studies in the following term

Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Customer service focus and the ability to understand and accurately relay customer needs
