Role Description
Support efficient supply chain operations and coordinate procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities.
Maintain accurate information and help ensure supply chain processes follow company standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor orders, coordinate deliveries, maintain supply chain records, and communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Track shipments, follow up on order status, identify potential delays, and support resolution of operational issues.
- Contribute to inventory monitoring, data updates, reporting, documentation, and process improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and prepare operational reports.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, ERP systems, or supply chain management software.
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify discrepancies or potential issues.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Proactive attitude with a continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
