Role Description
The employer is seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist.
The role focuses on measurable business growth through digital acquisition campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across paid search, social media, display, video, and other digital channels.
- Develop campaign strategies, define target audiences, coordinate creative assets, and manage campaign setups.
- Monitor CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.
- Support A/B testing, landing-page optimization, audience segmentation, retargeting, attribution, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Optimize advertising budgets and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative, content, CRM, product, analytics, and sales teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms, analytics tools, tracking tools, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics technologies.
- Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
