Qualifications
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in entry-level administrative, logistics, customer service, or warehouse roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, problem-solving skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, process, and track purchase orders and coordinate supplier delivery timelines.
- Maintain vendor records, monitor stock levels, and track inventory movements.
- Perform physical cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders or carriers.
- Track deliveries and resolve minor delays or transit issues.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, customs, invoice, packing list, and bill of lading documents.
- Liaise between sales, procurement, warehousing, and finance on order fulfillment and billing.
- Prepare supply-demand forecasts.
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate basic commercial terms under management guidance.
- Follow up on pricing, product availability, lead times, and delivery commitments.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,000–AED 8,000 per month.
