We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to supervise daily sales activities, support the sales team in achieving targets, and ensure proper market coverage and customer service.
The ideal candidate should have field sales experience and strong team coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the sales team
- Monitor customer visits and market coverage
- Support achievement of sales targets
- Follow up customer issues and market feedback
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Monitor sales team attendance and field performance
- Support training of new sales staff
- Ensure compliance with company sales procedures.
Requirements**
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales or supervisory experience
- FMCG or distribution experience is must.
- Strong communication and team supervision skills
- Good reporting and problem-solving abilities
- UAE market knowledge is an advantage
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
